Temps Too Hot?

Finished putting together a new system over the weekend and I am wondering if my CPU temps are too high. The build consists of the following: 

 

• Case: Corsair 5000D Airflow
• Motherboard: Asus Z690 Strix Wifi Gaming D4
• CPU: Intel i7 13700K running stock 
• GPU: Galax GTX 1060 6GB 
• Memory: 32 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR4 3600 running at 3600 
• AIO: Top mounted Corsair Elite Cappelix H150i 360mm running 3 120 mm LL fans in an exhaust configuration 
• Intake fans consist of 3 120mm Corsair SP and a 120 mm LL exhaust fan. 

 

My CPU was hitting temps as high as 90-95 degrees C as I was downloading software, transferring files, and updating drivers etc...and around 40-50 degrees C at idle. Gaming in COD MWII I'm sitting around 75-80C.  I've tried different fan curves in the iCue software from quiet to extreme and the temps stay about the same.

 

Are these temps too high? 

 

I pulled the cooler off the CPU to check thermal paste (attached as a pic) and wondering if the paste is spread okay? All screws are tightened for a good snug fit. 

 

I'm at a loss, or perhaps worrying about nothing. Hoping you all can help...

Looks like not enough clamping pressure on the AIO honestly.
