Main update server

At one time this would not be an issue but now having multiple computers in my home I find The systems are downloading the same files for games and software updates. So wondering if there is a way that i can centralize this. I do have a TrueNas server in my home that i could us to download the files to but one i don't know how i would go about doing this. Any thoughts on this.
