Typical AMD radeon random GPU driver issue (radeon software don't launch) How to fix?

I am convinced that these people will never get their drivers sorted. Didn't change anything, started getting this error. Can't launch radeon software. How can I fix? And I know its gonna completely restart all my configurations if I install new radeon version. How can I avoid this?

Uninstall and use DDU to make sure there are no driver remnants on your machine. Afaik (but don't quote me on this) your settings should remain after a wipe, or there could be a config file for Radeon software hiddenr in a folder somewhere that you might be able to save.

Why would it reset your settings if you were to install a new version over the old?

It resets the settings only if you do a clean install.

I use mainly Radeons since about 2003 and the Radeon 9000.

The drivers occasionally have some issues, that's normal, but people blame AMD drivers for their broken PC-s too often because it's easier to blame a driver than to find the real cause of some issue.

I have been using a AMD GPU (RX 6800XT) for over a year now, an it hasn't reset any settings for anything but major software updates with new functionality.

For the normal updates it doesn't change anything.

And if you use 3rd party software like MSI Afterburner, you avoid it altogether.

I've been using 3 seperate systems. Only full amd system has these issues. I am literally telling you that I haven't touched anything and it just started not working. Never had this in an intel/nvidia system.

Ok, and you need to find what it is. It is not a thing that happens, not something normal or expected from AMD.
