Games are not smooth.

GUYS i have 144hz monitor.Every game was smooth before but now valorant its not smooth i got 300+fps but i have huge drops and i check my temperature with msi afterburner everything looks normal but i cant play this game also the other games like that.When i open xmp 1 i got blue screen and crashes when i manually set my rams 3000mhz games are dropping every second with high fps i cant understand i need ur help.Here is my pc specs

If you only have as 144hz monitor there's no point in a set up that offers 300+ FPS, so why not drop some settings and see if it makes a difference?

Go back to 3200, bump soc voltage up to a max of 1.2v in 0.01v at a time 

this should get ur xmp running properly
