The hyper x and hyper x 3k ssd's, what's difference other than color

3k offers better performance

Then why does Kingston's charts and pricing say hyper x is better?

Sorry, I meant the HyperX is better. The 3K has cheaper NAND technology. The HyperX has 5K w/r cycles while the 3K has...well....3K w/r cycles. Honestly though, go with the Samsung 840 EVO if you can.

But the Kingston's are so pretty...

Both are outdated drives and are pointless buys right now.
