The subs starts at 82 dB efficiency. Even if your amp true power is 150watt that is already should be pretty plentiful to reach 85 dB for in-car music session.

HOWEVER if you want to blast the entire neighborhood, I would consider having second amp to run in dual mono.

The NUMBER for amp output is kind of a max figure it can take on.

If the woofer puts out 82dB at 1M and 1W, then if you're 2M away (6.6ft) it'd take 4W to hit 82dB output at the listening position. If your goal is 92W sustained (enough to cause permanent hearing damage) you'd need 40W of amplification. 102 peaks would need 400W but it's unlikely you'd even want to play THAT loud.

If you are worried about amplification, I'd opt for more efficient woofers (e.g. 85dB/W/M) if possible since that would cut the amplification needed in half.
Also be aware that just because you have TWO woofers, doesn't mean you need 2x the amplification to provide sound to the same space. Total output at the same level of wattage should be very close to constant. If you're doing EQ to handle nulls, you'd actually come out a bit ahead since less EQ is needed.

One thing to keep in mind, doing bass in a small area is hard. nulls are going to be an issue. You should probably read an article or two on integrating subwoofers into the set up.
