Im looking to upgrade my graphics card, and will it be physically possible to fit something like a 1070 or a 2060 in a dell optiplex? I have the stock PSU which i will upgrade and an i7 4790 and 16 gigs of ram. Any options that will work? Also mind the power connectors, i wanna keep my side pannel on

A normal 9020 yes but the psu is NOT upgradeable it's a proprietary design.

Wdym the psu isnt upgradable, just take out the screws and put in a new one, its a standard atx psu isnt it? And for the 8 pin mobo power you can just buy a 24 to 8 pin adapter

It's not the 9020's use propietary connectors. There are adapters but the case does not have standard screwholes so keep that in mind.

It is a standard atx PSU if it's the MT I have the same one i5 4590 tho 16gb ram a GTX 1060 6gb egva 600w 2 1tb WD 7200 hdd drives an adata 200 some GB SSD and for the PSU upgrade go to moddiy.com or Intel's forums find the link there I avg 40-80 fps if capped solid 60fps no movement and that's high resolution on a lower res monitor with max settings on everything besides a few but that's because I haven't upgraded the CPU yet

I need to upgrade my gpu and i have came up with 3 main picks: rtx 2060 gtx 1070 and rx 5700. My cpu is an i7 4790 and im js scared that any gpu higher will get bottlenecked. Ik that the 2060 is faster than 1070, but the 1070 has more vram. I mostly play games like warzone. Any help? Also if u know a gpu with similar performance thatll be great. I play 1080p res btw.

of those three the 5700 is the best buy, the 2060 is kinda trash for value, but I would get a 6600xt or 6700 non-xt

Huh?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
