Steamdeck as upgrade?

Hi people,

 

A few years ago I built a rig with a Ryzen 5 2600 and a RX550 with 16Gb's of ram.
Would a steamdeck be an upgrade to this system? I have no idea how powerful it is. It's just for the kids who play a bit of overwatch, roblocks, sims, etc. (I know about the workaround to get fortnite working on a steamdeck.)

In terms of hardware? Not at all.

In terms of portability? Yes very much.

In terms of gaming quality? That depends on how you see it.

replaced my rig as the go to, can tell you that.

One day I will be able to play Monster Hunter Frontier in French/Italian/English on my PC, it's just a matter of time... 4 5 6 7 8 9 years later: It's finally coming!!!
