Forgotten local admin password

Hello

 

Usually my computer signs me in using my face of a PIN. However, today it required my password. The last time when I used it was so long ago that I have forgotten the local admin password. I have a secondary local non admin account  that i can access if it helps. Is there a way to reset the admin password?
