Network Adapter Crashes During Gaming

My network adapter randomly disables/crashes (no network settings when clicking the bottom right quick access settings thing) around 15 minutes into gaming, like Warzone and World of Warships. After exiting the game, sometimes it automatically enables again or I need to go into device manager and enable the network adapter. It used to crash every 5 minutes into gaming due to overheating, cause I set the transmit power to high. Now that I set it to lowest (and other settings), it crashes around 15-20 minutes into gaming. I tried updating drivers and reinstalling Windows.

Is the network adapter fried? If I need to replace it, what network adapter would you guys recommend?

Yes, from both websites.

You could try adding a fan that blows on the card.

They make laptop coolers that blow air under your laptop. It may help keep the temps down.
