Radiator and dust filter?

ofcourse that is okay. it will be a bit more restrictive, but if it is setup as intake you definitely want some filtering going on.

Edit: Also with room temp of around 15c is 30c good on a 5800x with google, steam and ryzen master open?

While browsing google and steam it's at 30c on a 5800x. Not too restrictive I assume? Fan curve is at 20% then 100% at 75c

yeah that's absolutely fine. 30C with light browsing load is pretty good!
