Hi guys. Not sure where to turn so I made an account hoping for some experts that can help.

My build is

B450m ds3h gigabyte mobo

Ryzen 5 3600

16gb ram

2060 super mini

Problem I'm having is I wanted to upgrade to a nvme m.2 SSD and I have the samsung980 now.

It came up in the magic software for Samsung. I started the transfer to migrate the os. But decided to stop it. I ended up restarting the system. Failed boot attempt lead me to remove the m.2 SSD so my sata could boot properly. Now it won't recognize in the Samsung software at all. Or anywhere on the PC files.

The bios will find it in the nvme config. But there's no other options.

I really just wanted to use this for my games and keep everything else on my sata drive. Not sure what to do. The bios is f50 and although there are New updates I don't see a reason to fully update the bios. And I'm not sure why it's not finding anything? As well as when the m.2 SSD is connected

It tries to boot off from it. Help?? 😬
