Consistent FPS Drops on Fivem

I get consistent fps drops when I play Fivem, i go from 144 fps to 1 consistently  I dont know how to fix it.

Check temps with afterburner and watch for thermal throttling?? It's weird with these specs. What's the power of your PSU ?
