My system:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: GTX 1660 SUPER Galax
MEM:2x8GB RAM 3000Mhz CL15
MOBO:b450 MORTAR MAX
PSU: 500w GAMEMAX GM500

My system is not performing as expected given the hardware set.
In cpuz for example, the benchmark values are way below normal, performing below the performance of an r5 5500 for example. (See cpuz benchmark images)

In games things get much worse. In games like spiderman for example, the average FPS in the MEDIUM preset is around of 50 FPS. In a normal situation, the FPS should be around 100!
In Warzone with the preset on LOW, the average FPS is 75 FPS. Normal should be above 100.
BF1 is another example where the lack of performance is clear. My average is 80 FPS with everything on low and the normal
should be above 180-200 FPS.

I have already performed HD health tests, formatted the system, performed GPU/CPU/MEM stress tests
I have overclocked the ram to 3600Mhz at 16CL, I have updated all the drivers...
I really have no idea what is causing this lack of performance in my system. That is why I am asking for help from the academics and masters of hardware on duty.

EDIT: During some tests, my computer would simply crash and restart while playing (CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED - 0xEF BlueScreen).  formatted the
windows and did not solve, then there is no print of the performance of BF1 because I have not downloaded yet. I decided to mention this because it can
be a key point in finding the problem.

I don't know if my GPU should be running on a PCI-E 2.0x4. I don't know why it is this way, but
even though it has performance loss in relation to PCI-E 3.0x16, I don't think it justifies losing so much performance, or does it?
Well, any comment will be welcome. Thanks in advance!

Run Cinebench R23 and monitor your temperatures, score and core frequency, post those screenshots.
