I'm posting to see if someone can help me figure this out. I stream to Twitch using OBS, and I wish I could listen to music from Youtube/browser while playing, but I don't want the people watching the live stream to hear to the music as I stream live. Notice that this is different from audience able to hear the music, but the music not going to the VOD after the live stream stops. Is there a way to listen to music while the audience don't? Any help appreciated.

2 Options I found

1. I am currently using Steelseries Sonar more UI friendly.

You can do this with just VB-audio and Win10 as you can set per software audio device.

Short of it is that you have your main audio out (game, Discord etc.) on one device and music playing to another. With Windows, you set your main device to listen your second device. On OBS you set it to only use your main audio and mic as devices.

It's been a while since I had this setup going.
