PC won't boot properly

My computer crashed about a week ago and I was lead to believe that the motherboard was the problem which it was not. Whenever I press the power button the fans start running and the Led lights light up, but no signal is sent to my screens. I have tested that my gpu works, by plugging it into a different computer. I have checked my screens the same way. I have also changed to a new motherboard which made no difference. I have also tried to only use one of RAM which made no difference.

Try a known working kit of ram in your computer, different from what was in it when it crashed. If that doesn't work I'd say it's most likely PSU or CPU. Since the computer is getting power I'm leading more towards CPU.
