Windows 10: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hi,

sometimes my PC gets a blue screen which is especially frustrating when the PC (except the graphics card) is brand new (~ 1 year old) ...

The last three times I took a photo of the following error code:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I googled the error and could only get that it could be driver related or even hardware related.

I downloaded the diagnose tool WinDbg to read the Minidump file and got the following report:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffffffffffff010, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
	bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff8020fd656e7, address which referenced memory

So the one thing that stood out in the report was "PROCESS_NAME:  Razer Synapse Service Process.exe".

Can somebody confirm my guess, that's the Razor software which caused that blue screen?

Thank you
Max

Uninstall your razer software and see what happens. Wouldnt be thr first time it goes into conflict and does this

Thanks. I will give it a try, those blue screens can occur like every 2 or 3 weeks (I don't qutie remember it), so it I won't know for sure for weeks to come.
