mm ok but victoria free shows in red the temperature, wich is the max safe temp for ssd and hdd ?

Use Crystaldiskinfo for reliable readings. Just because the font is red doesn't mean it's overheating. I've never even heard of Victoria Free, so I have no clue if that software is even reliable.

They probably mean Victoria 3 the new strategy game from Paradox (they also make Hearts of Iron, Europa Universalis, Crusader Kings, and Stellaris), the games are generally heavy on a single CPU core.

That is an experimental rarely used program. I wouldn't trust any results it gives you. Use a legitimate program like Crystaldiskinfo to check your drives.

what about enhanced my seven?

huh? Just use Crystaldiskinfo it's literally a free program, no need to keep finding all of these off brand random disk utility programs. And again, with the temperatures you listed nothing is overheating or remotely close to overheating.
