Aero going off

First of all sorry for my english. Now here is the problem. im using windows 7 ultimate x64 and idk what happened but now when i restart my pc after 2 mins aero turns off and i can not turn it back on. CAn someone help me with that?

ya i was usin that amd cpu overclock autoconfigure or whatever thing (tho i didi not changed anything its still 3.5ghz)

Uninstall that, if you can't reset it to completely stock and clear CMOS
