Wizmo shipping time

My order is almost 12 days without any updates from wizmo only updates is order created does it usually takes that long?would be nice to get it before Christmas but not needed or necessary if i dont like it ain't end of the world .

"Order" created, or "label" created?

 

"Order created" just means your order is in their system. "Label created" means it's close to shipping, but until recently the warehouse was printing labels several days before the orders were actually picked and packed. Neither status means the box is actually in the courier's system on its way to you.

I'm on the east coast of the US, and my LTTStore orders generally took about a week to arrive once they were in USPS's hands.
