Hell Let Loose, Squad and Insurgency Sandstorm sounds like the ideal game for you. None of that 55 minutes of walking simulator 5 minutes of action that is some other military FPS shooters cough Arma cough.

Insurgency is on sale right now. Hell let loose has great tense action and Squad has great modding potential. Really want to try the Battlefront mod.

I doubt those will run on intel integrated graphics though.

Oh wow, then he might just be out of luck entirely. The point of simulator games is that they render everything otherwise it's just another corridor shooter game. If integrated graphics struggle with corridors, then no corridors won't be an option.

There might be some retro options but they'll all be severely outdated by modern standards and most likely have to be played as solo, because either no one's gonna play multiplayers or it's outright disabled to make it run good in the first place.

Not sure about it running on integrated graphics, but it's pretty old... I REALLY loved Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2. The campaign is fun, but the longevity comes from the Terrorist Hunt mode for me. Great co-op fun too.
