Should I be worried?

As I was cleaning my GPU water block I noticed this little bubble in one of the fins cooling the actual GPU chip. Should I be worried about it and try to remove it? I heard there should be NO bubbles due to uneven cooling.

Try and remove it. its in a critical area of cooling.

gently shake the machine and jostle it side to side and up and down just making sure you don't let air get into the pump. In my experience cycling the water pump speed had a good impact on helping to bleed the system.
