LMG has done multiple sponsored showcase videos with Acronis. If a sponsor bought and paid for a video, there's probably something in the contract that says they can use it for their own marketing purposes (since that's the reason it was made in the first place.)

I always assumed there's laws allowing you to do such, akin to quoting movie reviews during a trailer.

Linus MEDIA Company. Besides what has been already stated, Acronis is among the long-time sponsors. Its fairly normal for sponsor/ad contracts to have something that company can use the material for their own advertising purposes. I mean, it really is ad from start anyway. So getting ad spot video for their own use is win-win-win. Its not only fair, its business.

 

Furthermore, LMG has made actual commercials for companies in past. Don't know if they still do. But seeing this is part of their company website https://linusmediagroup.com/productions, wouldn't be that surprised. In fact, some BTS from the old days (none of these have been on main channel AFAIK):
