Memory instability

So I'm running this memory kit on an Asus Z790-A motherboard, I didn't realize until after I bought it that it's technically not on the supported list for the board. With XMP enabled I can pass hours of memtest86 with 0 errors, memtest64 with 0 errors, but randomly get crashes specifically in games (Access violation errors), this is on a fresh windows install with all up to date drivers and no overclocks outside XMP (if that counts). Asus currently does list G.Skill DDR5 6000, 6800, and 7200 kits as supported, should I keep the kit and hope that an eventual bios update fixes things? or pickup different memory?

 

Because of not getting memtest errors I also re-seated the memory, re-seated the GPU, made sure all connections were secure, and reinstalled windows with a fresh image.

There should already be a bios update for the Z790 series, not sure it fixes memory compatibility though.

I'm on the latest bios for the board unfortunately
