DisplayPort/HDMI hotplug problems

Hi, I don't know if there still is a topic on this or if I am the only one bothered by this but i just upgraded my displays to 

3x Dell S2721DGF

1x LG OLED55C21LA

and the annoying thig is when I turn of a display in this setup all the contents gets moved to the other active displays. With my old setup the displays and the tv apparently didn`t send the Display on of signal cause they couldn`t (only reason I can think of that I have problem now), since the use case for me is usually 3 Displays on and TV off or 3 displays off and TV on. And i would really like to not have my content that`s open on specific spots on specific displays to get moved around. So I`m wondering is there a workaround for this behavior if yes can anyone provide some hits or information on how to change this behavior. Contacting Dell for the monitors was fruitless since they only have a solution for Quadro cards on hand and posting on Microsoft forums didn't really work either so I`m posting here for the first time since I usually got a lot of good info and entertainment from the videos you make.

Yes. There's no known workaround if the monitor doesn't have any options that change this behavior.
