Horizontal lines while using gtx 1060

Hello everyone! I have recently just bought a 1060 and installed it into my build. It started glitching out with red and white horizontal lines so I decided to do a DDU. After the DDU everything was working great but then after I installed the drivers it got worse than before (see picture). Does anybody know what's going on?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, look like you got a dead card. Very little can be done, I'd recommend you return the card from wherever you bought it from, as that card looks cooked. If you bought it used and whatever seller claimed it worked before hand, I'd request a refund from them.

 

In any case, I don't think you'll find an easy fix for it.
