Dual Monitor and Dual Input connection help needed

This is my first time posting a query. 

I have a situation where I need a suggestion.

I have two Dell monitors, below are specs

1. Dell U3415W

2. Dell U2721DE

 

I have daisy chained both the monitors using DisplayPort cable. And using USB-C to USB-C cable as input from my laptop to U2721DE monitor. 

This was all working fine. But I recently have build a new PC which has DP and HDMI support only. Now if I want to connect my monitors to PC then I can only use DP because Daisey chaining is only supported using DP.

So the issue is every time if I have to use PC then I have to change USB-C to DP cable and vice-a-versa for a laptop, is there any neat way to do it?
