Best CPU thermal Compound

Hwy guys i just bought a hyper 212 evo and it came with thermal paste im going to use that for a week until the replacement comes since i want to buy a new thermal paste but i need help i have heard that the tuniq tx-2 its a beast thermal compound but im between this one and the arctic silver 5 also how often should i replace the thermal paste like always thanks for your help.

 

NOTE i have heard that this Noctua paste is also good.

I used IC Diamond 7 Carat and I loved it.
