Is it safe to use uk to us adapter?

I recently bought a new PSU(Cooler Master) but it's is using UK Plug
Is it safe to use a UK to US Adapter?

Check if it supports 120v operation. If it does, just buy an IEC C13 cable with a US plug, no need for an adapter.

I have no idea it was UK PSU I bought it from a local store they label it as UK PSU but i didn't read it lol

Literally meant what I wrote. But it's weird a local store would sell PSUs with a power cable which wouldn't work out of the box. Seems like a sus shop.

Local stores shouldn't be selling PSUs with UK plugs in the US. That's what he's asking. Was it a used shop?

well it's kinda normal cuz i live in a third party country
they import from all sort of country

The cable itself doesn't determine the voltage. Not sure if you have different sockets for high voltage circuits, so can't say if the plug will physically fit. C13 end is standard, so as long as you get the right plug for the wall socket, you'll be fine.
