Gaming pc in rack cabinett 30m/98ft away how to do it?

Im building a new house in Norway and i am planing to put my gaming desktop into a rack cabinett in the basement. And im wondering what the best solutions are for cabeling, as a electrician i will as we do per norwegian installation codes use flexible plastic tubing 50mm or 2 inches thick inside diameter in the walls from the second floor to the basement where the computer will be.

its a length of approx 25-30Meters or 82-98ft of cable, the variation in length is due to maybe change in orientation of the desk and so.

ill be having to need a good variety of connection options for my

2 screens maybe 3 screens

- for future proofing hdmi 2.1 as ive seen thoose in 30m lengths with 4k 120hz support

peripherals
- gaming mouse

- gaming keyboard

- webcam

- gaming headset

- 4 more usb connections

i was thinking a usb hub of sorts

The use of the pc will be gaming ( so consideration in a low latency option is good), editing small video projects, work and streaming. ive got the parts that are going to be put into the computer now just not in a rack case

I am open too all sugestions, in advance thanks for the input.
