Windows 8: Windows Store problem

This comes up whenever I try to download something from the Windows Store. Any Ideas on how to fix it?

I image the strange chcarters is language of Windows issue.

 

But for your error, close the Windows Store by doing Alt+F4, or dragging it down. Then make sure that the folder SoftwareDistribution exists in C:\Windows. If it doesn't exists, that your problem, create it, restart your computer, and now try the store. Does it work?

 

If not, create a new account (for testing), and see if in that account it works. Does it work there?

I have the folder SoftwareDistribution and in the new account it works
