Windows To Go hangs on rear usb ports

My mb is b450 tomahawk. I got an orico ssd case with usb 3.1 gen 2. When I boot it from the rear usb-a or usb-c it hangs 9/10 times(usb i/o led keeps flashing) so I hard reboot the pc. When I boot it from the front panel usb 3.0 it works fine. Also those rear usb ports work fine when I don't boot os from them. Any ideas?

Windows to go is very very picky. Could be the usb controller for the front and back isnt the same.

I'm thinking to disable power saving and check. Otherwise I don't see any other options.

Weird thing is that there is not "power management" tab for most usb controllers in dev manager. There is only for "USB Root Hub(USB 3.0).
