How to fix speed of RGB lights of cheap headphone stand

How to change the speed of the RGB of this cheap eBay headphone stand? No way I can keep it on as is, it's super distracting. 

 

Tried to open it up but can't really see anything i could change to make it better. Do I need to pull out the arduino to fix this?

 

Honestly can't believe it shipped like this lol.
