Do you run 3 benchmarks in a row on a daily basis? Just keep reducing the voltage until it crashes (or you're satisfied with the power draw) and then bump it back up a little bit.

Average or Max values?

What do you expect from a less than year old CPU with 14 cores that clocks at 5.1Ghz?

Running r23 stock it’s pulling 214w of power and vcore is 1.36v

I am assuming this is way to high for stock clocks, where or how should I start with undervolting ?

temps hit 100c after 3 loops of r23 atm

If you hit 100C in 3 runs of R23, that's llike 2 min, then your cooling is not keeping up with 200W+ PPT

Even undervolted you will hit thermal throttling I think

Really ? If I can get stock clocks at 1.2v then that I would have thought would help a lot

It'll be better sure, but CPU will still burn around 200W (10% less...) and may saturate your cooling just a bit slower than before

Well that's my thoughts but you should test

Gona have a mess with the lite modes as these results look insane
