Factory reset pc and now edge doesnt work

I had a problem where my pc kept crashing (which started out of nowhere and never used to happen) a few days ago, I tried many ways to fix but nothing worked so I just factory reset it, now whenever I try to open edge to re-download my programs it keeps opening and closing instantly and doesn’t let me use it. Is there a fix for this, any help is appreciated.

How did you factory reset the pc? What version of windows did you run.
