BOOT PROBLEMS CAN ANYONE PLZ HALP

hello my cuz got a dell optiplex 700 something and wanted to factory reset it and we did and it worked for a day then bluescreen and wouldnt do anything but that blue screen so my go it on fixing computers is just to reinstall windows iv done it 1000 times it seems so i tryed but after it dose all the stuff to get it installed it will restart and go to a black screen with a blinking underscore a

t the top left of the screen ....i tryed a diff hard drive and cleared the cmos but no luck what am i doing worng ?

its just a i5 with 16 gigs of ram and a gt1030

What is your beep or light blinking pattern? You can go to dell's website for that specific machine and it will tell you what the issue is.

thanks but i got it to work i had to change sata to ata insted of ahci in the bios
