I recently installed a new GPU and riser card into my PC the specs are as follows:

EVGA RTX 2060 SC

EVGA 550GA + adapter for function on HP prebuilt

EZDIY-FAB 20cm 3.0 16x straight connector riser card

HP elite 8300 SFF

I have had 4 problems during attempting to run the pc:

1) when turning on the pc wouldn't power the peripherals and would restart within 10 seconds

2) The HDMI signal would stop and then not start again

3) The pc would make it to the windows loading screen, stutter and then freeze

4) the pc would get to the desktop , stutter and again eventually freeze.

5) During installation of the most modern driver the gpu would stop outputting signal and the signal would never come back.

Fixes I have tried:

1) Uninstalling the driver with DDU and then reinstalling the driver

2) Installing the older driver from 2021 ( 471.11 I think)

3) Updated the Bios to the newest available version (from 2019)

4) Reset windows ( reinstalled keeping personal files)

5) Crying.

TLDR. The pc usually turns on stutters heavily and then freezes and needs to be restarted. sometimes I can make it to task manager and it shows that the RTX 2060 is showing up for the pc. Once the pc just functioned like normal for 5 hours and i was able to open task manager, chrome ,steam and play CSGO and War Thunder And download windows updates and Games Until A shutting down and turning on the next day broke it again.

I hope this is enough information to go by and thanks in advance to everyone who took the time out of their day to fix my nightmares.
