Definitely upgrade the CPU. Go for a 13600K(F) + a B660 or Z690 with BIOS flashback such as the Gigabyte Gaming X + 16gb or 32gb RAM depending on how much of your budget is left.

A tad overbudget but thats basically whats been reccomended and i wouldnt really cheap out much more on the mobo here since 13600k is rather power hungry atleast stock though that can be resolved by undervolting. Even if you can just use the spi header on the mobo + a cheap bios programmer like the ch341a to flash the bios without bios flashback that still wont fix a bad vrm, but maybe you can get cheaper stuff by going to a physical store or something

If you haven't upgraded the psu at all recently, then I would recommend this instead.

Definitely check the warranty on that psu. If the warranty is either about to be up or is up, then I would recommend a new one.

With the psu and SSD out of the way already, you can get 32GB of RAM instead. Makes for easier AAA gaming, and if you plan on gaming & streaming, and/or video editing too.
