problems Windows not booting (maybe PS problem idk)

Hi, everyone. 

So im having problems with my pc sometimes, every part seems functional (fans spinning, gpu, pw etc, leds). but sometimes the loading logo wont show up and i have to restart or disconnect from the power outlet and try multiple times until booting.

i dont know if its my power supply or other component, i recently change my motherboard, and gpu my specs are:
asus prime b550m-k, ryzen 5 3600, 3060 12gb, ssd wdc 1tb, rams from t-force 16gb (2x8) 3200, noctua cooler nh15 i think.., and my power supply is a 550 bronze something kinda old like 3 years.

my pc its directly connected to the power outlet and im from colombia with a 220watts current 

should i buy something, or change parts, any thoughts ?.

It's possible, do you have any info on the PSU other than "550W bronze"

Yeah, that's likely at least part your problem. It's not exactly a fantastic unit, suffers from high ripple (voltage fluctuations) at low-medium load. Additionally, unless you got it for like $30 new, it's efficiency is terrible compared to a good bronze or gold unit.
