Hi, before I start asking anything, I'm sorry if I do or say something wrong, I'm new here and not a native English speaker. I'm Indonesian.

So I have a PC with this specification:

Motherboard: ASRock B550M Steel Legend

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X

Graphic Card: MSi NVidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super Ventus XS OC

Power Supply: Corsair CV450 Power Supply

RAM: Kingston Hyper X Fury 3200Mhz (running with XMP) 8GBx2

Boot SSD: Kingston A2000 NVME SSD 500GB

Storage: two random laptop HDD (it's 500GB Kingston and 1TB Seagate)

Case: Cube Gaming AXEL (really similar to Cooler Masters NR200P)

no case fan and stock CPU cooler

Windows 11 Pro Dev Channel

I build this PC in October 2020 at around 1000USD or 14.000.000 IDR for video editing with Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve, After Effect, Music Production, and Gaming. It's been running flawlessly, until it doesn't. Sometime around October 2021 my pc get some raindrops around the power supply plug area because of leaky roof, from then it's still booting fine, editing and gaming was completely fine. November 2021 my PC get raindrops again, this time while moving out. My just won't POST for some time, got it serviced and told it was the Motherboard, they repaired it (not replaced it). It's alive again for like 1 month and then suddenly it won't POST again. But if I leave it unplugged for like a day to a week it will POST and work normally. After that shenanigans I change my power supply with a new unit (same one, just a new unit). Got it working, but now my PC won't POST again. It's always slow spinning cpu cooler with RGB on and CPU and DRAM led on. Last week I tried to turn it on, same thing but with my graphics card fan not spinning. I don't know what's wrong or what is broken. Just today I tried to turn it on again. It turn on until I put my PIN to log in and then the CPU cooler just ramped up and my monitor go blank. Now the Graphics Card is kinda warm tho. Please help, I spend all my money on this thing :'

I've been considering this, but how do I update my motherboard BIOS if the thing won't POST?

Yes you need to get it to post first. Try what i said. After booting you can download the bios. Oh I forgot to mention. After turning off and unplugging sata and USB, remove the CMOS battery for at least 5 min. Then you should be able to turn on. Then download bios, put on USB drive, reboot and flash. Read the instructions on how to flash bios on support page for your motherboard https://www.asrock.com/support/BIOSIG.asp?cat=BIOS11

I just edited this topic, the issue is I can't get it to POST, but thanks for the suggestion. I will update my BIOS after my initial problem is resolved.
