What'r the chances that this motherboard will let me boot from a pci-e m.2 adapter card?

You have at least one M.2 slot. Why the need for an adapter card? Already occupied?

I'm curious, is this a dual-boot / virtual machine thing? Shouldn't have trouble booting from the M.2 slot.

I am already booting from the m.2 slot, what I want to do is add another m.2 slot and also be able to boot from that.
