After PC boot Ethernet take a minute to connect.

Im having a problem that has been occurring for a while now. Every time I boot up my pc I have to wait a full minute until my Ethernet kicks in. I keep all of my drivers up to date and I tried rolling back the Ethernet driver and no change. It started when I changed my Ethernet switch to something older temporarily and I recently bought a new one.
