Help with budget build PC ( no GPU for now )

A1600RM
Go to solution Solved by Pixelfie,

This is cheaper but performs basically the same. Could get 32gb of RAM but 16gb should be enough, so you could use the other money for a better GPU or something like that.

Also, the PC will be fitted with a 2070,2080 or a  30 series card later, since I'm still looking for good deals on a GPU.

I also recommend checking the AMD 6000 series. Usually are better value than Nvidia, especially if it's just for 1080p gaming.

Edit: Like said above, your system won't work without a GPU. If you want to use it before buying a GPU, get an Intel CPU without K or Ryzen with G (keep in mind that the 5600G is not a 5600 with iGPU, but a 5500 with iGPU which is slower and supports no PCIe 4.0)

Budget (including currency): 800-900 dollars

Country: Romania

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: TF2, RDR, ETS2, Assetto Corsa, War Thunder, ARK:SE, etc...

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I have been stuck on an laptop which can't game and I've gathered enough money to finally upgrade back to a PC.

Keep in mind that I'm not that experienced when it comes to building PC's, so I'm requesting your help here, and I will be open to your suggestions.

If possible it should have support for PCIe gen 4.  Also, the PC will be fitted with a 2070,2080 or a  30 series card later, since I'm still looking for good deals on a GPU.

I'll mostly play at 120-144hz 1920 by 1080.

I'm looking to get a better bang for my buck with your help.

Here is the build I made earlier https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4gHfGL

The build you have doesn't look bad. I am not personally a huge fan of micro atx motherboards in mid sized pc cases, I don't like that much dead space but the case will work if that doesn't bother you.

Something to consider, though, is if you do not have any gpu currently to throw in the system the CPU you have selected won't work. For intel the "F" suffix means there is no integrated graphics. (K means overclockable and is clocked higher by factory)

Thanks for the tip. I'll consider using a ATX motherboard.
