Having a weird issue could use some help, my streamlabs is not reporting my subscribers, it says the last sub I gained was 2 months ago, yet socialblade says I got 10 the other day. Which matches up with this group that started watching me, its this 1 guy and his friends, about 7-10 of them that come and go, so I don't think socialblade is wrong, so it must be streamlabs, but I can't figure it out.

Shouldn't you be able to get accurate subscriber counts from the platform you are streaming to? Quick search (as well as my assumtion) is that SL takes count directly through API and through platform. So if the count on Socialblade is same as on platform you are on, then its the API of SL thats not working properly.
