What are your full system specs? Giving us the full make and model of all parts, especially the motherboard will help us better determine what the green led light is specifically for, otherwise it should be printed on the board next to the light what it is for.

Also, make sure that if you have a GPU you have the display cable plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard.

My specs are

Motherboard: MSI PRO Z690-A WIFI

CPU: Intel Core I5 12600K

GPU: MSI RTX 3060Ti Gaming X

RAM: Kingston Fury DDR5 5200 MHz CL40

PSU: Corsair RM850

I have two monitors and both are connected to the GPU (HDMI and DisplayPort) and no HDD drives only 2 M2 SSD
