Weird Disney+ glitch

Does anybody have any idea why when I open up Disney+ on my computer my screen goes to a red, white, green, and blue static? It always happens and I have no idea why. Whenever it does go to the static, I have to unplug my HDMI cable and plug it back in to get it to show my screen.

Your copy of the software got messed up?  Maybe a redownload. Could be in order.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
