rtx 4090 Dual zen 3 systems in a Phanteks Enthoo 719 case project. 5950X/5600X and RTX 4090/A2000

This build has been a year on it way to finish. Mostly because i could not get the GPU´s i wanted. But it is now finnish and ready to be shown.

 

In short: i wanted to build my aircooled dream pc. So that´s what i dit.

 

Spec is as follow.

 

System 1 (ATX)

CPU: Ryzen 9 5950X

CPU cooling: Noctua NH-D15 chromax black

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero X570

Ram: G.SKILL TRIDENT Z ROYAL SILVER 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) 3600 MHz CL14-15-15-35 1.45 volt

GPU: Asus RTX 4090 TUF OC

Storage: Samsung 980 PRO 1 TB and a 2 TB + WD GOLD 14 TB and WD RED 8 TB HDD

 

System 2 (Mini-ATX)

CPU: 5600X

CPU cooling: Noctua NH-L9x65 SE-AM4

Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-I GAMING

Ram: G.SKILL TRIDENT Z ROYAL GOLD 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) 3600 MHz CL14-15-15-35 1.45 volt

GPU: RTX A2000

Storage: Samsung 980 PRO 1 TB, Crucial MX300 2 TB sata SSD, WD RED PRO 16 TB HDD, WD RED 4 TB HDD

Case: Phanteks Enthoo 719 black

Case fans: Lian LI SL 120 black

PSU: Phanteks Revolt X 1200 watt

Love your build.

I'm looking at your case for a build with a 4090 GPU running a single Motherboard. Could the 4090 GPU be vertically mounted in the 3 slots in front of your card, or is the card too large to be mounted there?

I Will say with aircooled cards, it's a no. To heavy and to thick. Water cooled cards can maybe go as they are dual slot and not as heavy.
