GPU Mem clock high usage

I recently brought RX 6600XT and using it with two monitor. So, when I config to show 2 monitor (Extended view), the Mem clock speed be always at its height like at 2000mhz. Even I am not doing any thing on my PC. But during single monitor usage, the clocks are normal. What should I do to fix that?
