Opinions on a CPU?

Gaming wise this CPU can run pretty much any game at 60fps or more considered you pair it with a good GPU, (depends on game some even 200+fps)

 

as far as productivity I don't know, but 6 cores and 12 threads is pretty nice to haves.

12400f is a great gaming CPU, will handle anything on the market and won't need upgrading for a good while.

It's a strong mid-range chip and doubt anyone using it for gaming would be disappointed with it.
