Usually if you poke a hole through a piece the PC needed to work, it won't work. If it's running fine then you're likely good, it feeling slower is probably you being worried and overly paying attention to how it performs.

The case is just a box, friend. It already has a bunch of holes in it for ventilation and stuff. Calm down and think logically, but be more careful in the future. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
